towbar fitting service by appointment in our purpose built
workshop at the rear of our premises in Hitchin. Our senior
fitters have at least 25 years experience and are fully
conversant with the vehicle type approval regulations.
- We only fit reputable
makes of towbar, type approved where necessary.
- We only use high
quality electrical components with fuse protection on power
supply circuits.
- On vehicles with bulb
failure warning fitted and later vehicles with computer
controlled lighting circuits, we fit additional relays to
avoid causing malfunctions.
- On vehicles with vehicle and
trailer stability programs, we fit the O.E. kit to ensure
that these safety critical systems are not compromised.

- We fit twin relays to
protect your car battery from being drained on the fridge
and charging circuits.

For vehicles that have reversing sensors fitted, we recommend
that you have a detachable towbar fitted. If a flange ball is
fitted, we will not be liable for any problems that may occur.
